Do you want to make positive changes in your life, but are unsure of where to start, or struggle to meet your current goals? If so, you are not alone! The process of change can feel overwhelming and stressful, increase self-doubt, and decrease motivation. Change can be even trickier when your goals are not aligned with your purpose. This misalignment can create roadblocks, preventing you from achieving the positive outcomes you desire. As a result, you may end up chasing after unattainable and unrealistic goals. It can feel exhausting, discouraging, and even lonely.
Change doesn’t have to be this way! It is possible to establish a wellbeing plan that is the right one for YOU - one that is meaningful, realistic, and attainable.
In this workshop, I will guide you through a framework to create a wellbeing plan that is tailored to your needs and desires; rather than a cookie cutter plan that is based on what you think you SHOULD do. This four-step framework will help you to:
EXPLORE and address obstacles that get in your way
IDENTIFY realistic goals based on your strengths, values, and passions
EMBRACE changes and opportunities that are aligned with your purpose
ACHIEVE positive outcomes and improve your sense of wellbeing
This is an interactive workshop where participants are encouraged to reflect verbally and in writing, ask questions, and complete writing and creative activities to inspire a personalized wellbeing plan.
This 90-minute workshop is for any adult, at any stage of change, who needs help getting (back) on track and wants to do so in a safe, confidential, and supportive space. This workshop is for you if you are healing from trauma, working on a relationship, entering retirement, managing a chronic condition, parenting, modifying a lifestyle habit, looking for more work-life balance, struggling to set boundaries . . . and more!
